Rene's Farm

This is a picture of the house on the farm. It was taken in 1949. The cupola, on the top of the house, is no longer there. Some day we hope to restore the house as close to the way it used to be as possible. Rick's Grandmother and Mother are in the picture. Grandma is holding Rick. The picture was taken right after they stripped the front yard for coal. We also have a coal mine in the basement. Yes we do.

This is a picture of the house taken in the early 1960's. It is an areal shot taken from an airplane at 1200 feet. We are hoping to have a better scan soon.

This is a picture taken just two years ago. The property has changed in some ways from either nature or man.
